Now that that's out of the way.. HOW BoUT DEM CANUCKS! They did well considering it was tryouts.

Should be a good game tonight vs Oilers.

Torterella's system in vancouver will be an interesting transition. I really don't know much about the canuks aside from the 2011 playoffs when my team won in 7. But Torterlla advocates a defense first style play. Shot blocking, and the like. It tires the players out as was evidenced by 2012 when the rangers lost to NJ in 6 and last year when the bruins ran them over.

I suspect the sedin sisters will produce offensivly, as will kesler if he can stay healthy. Not really sure about who your top D guys are so won't speak to them. Maybe that Zach Kaisson guy will mold into a decent power forward.

We are getting our azzes handed to us. 4-1 so far. O well. Good thing its preseason.

pre season has more AHL prospects in the lineup than NHL regulars. Don't put much stock into the games. Obviously some of the prospects know the big club is going to take a look so those guys will probably be playing at their best.
 

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.
