She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.
Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.
The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.
You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.
For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.
Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.
The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.
I eat 3 or 4 eggs a DAY. I have been for the past 15 or so years. 3 x 365 x 15 = um..burp...16,425 eggs. That's my minimum. It's probably more like 18,000. My cholesterol is fine. I'm proud of that.Ryan69 said:I eat WAY more than 3 whole eggs a week...
They recommend 2-3 whole eggs a week because of the high cholesterol content

Stay active, eat eggs.
Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.
Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?
You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.
Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

how do you prepare those eggs and do you notice increased gains?Warboss Alex said:15 eggs a day here
this number increases according to training needs i.e. more during intense periods.

no constipation issues here.cuzza said:Isn't there a risk from salmonella eating raw eggs? Something that I've always been told.
Another thing I've always been told involving eggs... you're only meant to eat 2-3 a week since you can get constipated. I prolly have about 10 a week... I'm sure if you stay well hydrated you're fine?

Heart Break Kid said:Does anyone find eating eggs raw worse than drinking EV olive oil? Because I can do the latter but I'm still working on not spasing moments after eating a raw egg... Just the way it starts to go down my throat... indecisively... like its wondering whether to stay up or go down then come back up later until I swallow hard. It's bearable though.
Yes and no. There are times when sports drinks come in handy, and times when there is no difference in whether you take in water or the sports drink. This is the result of time for an activity.Bible_Belt said:Are sport drinks really better than water? That sounds like research sponsored by the Gatorade company. That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?
She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."
She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.
I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.
Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.
Bingo! Water is the best thing for you to drink ANYTIME.Bible_Belt said:Are sport drinks really better than water? That sounds like research sponsored by the Gatorade company. Humans survived on water to drink for all of history; I imagine people were sweating back then, too.
How so? People didn't always have this Powerade,Gatorade, Protein Drinks and such. I've drank water and fat free milk for 6+ months straight and I'm fine. Somedays I didn't have milk and just drank water and I was o.k.Ryan69 said:Bingo! Water is the best thing for you to drink ANYTIME.
WRONG
True, long ago there was no such thing, but as science has advanced, and research has been done, there are now ways of testing things like this. Right amount of carbs, electrolyte balance, etc.blinkwatt said:How so? People didn't always have this Powerade,Gatorade, Protein Drinks and such.
