These rules trigger a woman's subconscious attraction switches. And you can start using them tonight.
I eat 3 or 4 eggs a DAY. I have been for the past 15 or so years. 3 x 365 x 15 = um..burp...16,425 eggs. That's my minimum. It's probably more like 18,000. My cholesterol is fine. I'm proud of that.Ryan69 said:I eat WAY more than 3 whole eggs a week...
They recommend 2-3 whole eggs a week because of the high cholesterol content

no constipation issues here.cuzza said:Isn't there a risk from salmonella eating raw eggs? Something that I've always been told.
Another thing I've always been told involving eggs... you're only meant to eat 2-3 a week since you can get constipated. I prolly have about 10 a week... I'm sure if you stay well hydrated you're fine?

Just the way it starts to go down my throat... indecisively... like its wondering whether to stay up or go down then come back up later until I swallow hard. It's bearable though.
Yes and no. There are times when sports drinks come in handy, and times when there is no difference in whether you take in water or the sports drink. This is the result of time for an activity.Bible_Belt said:Are sport drinks really better than water? That sounds like research sponsored by the Gatorade company. How so? People didn't always have this Powerade,Gatorade, Protein Drinks and such. I've drank water and fat free milk for 6+ months straight and I'm fine. Somedays I didn't have milk and just drank water and I was o.k.Ryan69 said:Bingo! Water is the best thing for you to drink ANYTIME.

Right amount of carbs, electrolyte balance, etc.blinkwatt said:How so? People didn't always have this Powerade,Gatorade, Protein Drinks and such.
