"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

do I need to watch my back with this chick?

Only been seeing her two months, the sex is great, also we have things in common and we have a good laugh..

But sometimes she comes across as bieng ****y and will say some things that I find rude or a little disrespectful..

At the weekend she said something to pizz me off.. so I called her on it.. told her to calm down, and think about how you talk to me..

She was stopping at my house that night, she gave me the cold shoulder for about an hour, then she told me, that I was bieng insensitive to her feelings.. and I should treat her better, as she is a guest in my house..

She tried her best to blame and shame me.. make me feel like it was all my fault, without accepting any blame...

This is the second time she has behaved like this.. used shaming tactics, to make me look and feel bad about myself..

So far I have treated this girl pretty good, cooked for her, taken her out etc etc.. treated her well.. but feels like nothing is good enough for her..

She is now acting in different and distant towards me on whatsapp...

Also i met this girl on POF, so my trust in her is somewhat minimal

I, m thinking I should start bieng very careful with this one.. two arguments in the space of 2 months is not good

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.
