Hey man! I'm a new college student too, gonna be fun. I have no tips as school has not started yet, but at orientation I already noticed the following things:
College girls are more friendly,
more mature
undoubtedly easier and more slu-tty (to me, not a good thing)
easier to approach and flirt with

My highschool absolutely SUCKED for women. We had like 10 hot girls in the whole school and most of them were involved in long term relationships for the whole dam-n time, so I didn't care to mess with them. I hope to God that I can get more mature girls in college as well. All the shi-t that was highschool, is no more. In highschool everyone knew each other for a long time and you had cliques and popularity contests, which dictated your success with girls there; well, that crap is gone for good. In college, where nobody knows anyone, everybody is more open and they are trying to meet new people just like you.... so the one thing I can say is to be sociable. The place is a chick paradise too, plenty to chose from. You're gonna like it, I'm gonna like it, everyone does.

Oh yeah, in highschool I made the mistake of not getting involved in more extra-curricular activities so I didn't reach my full potential with meeting women, so in college I am going to just be a lot more outgoing and do more things, just to get that extra edge.

So true, college gives you a chance to start over and reinvent yourself.
