"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

Awhile back I broke off a unhealthy relationship and at the time did something I recommend all guys do. WRITE down a list of all the dealbreakers. Keep that list around somewhere, thumbdrive, harddrive, on your fridge door, wherever you can get to it if you need it. Inevitably the boomerang returneth to where it was cast. We've all had the chick we cast out try and make a return to us. If you have the list, you've got easy reference as to why you cast her off in the first place. Don't have the list? Well you then "may" just remember the good times, and have forgotten all the transgressions. You in a moment of weakness may take the bit$h back. Got the list? Well you will laugh at her feable attempts to rekindle. Most post dating hooks I've had tossed at me by previous GF's were the lower status GF's anyway. The smarter ones knew better than to try to restart with me. Remember, she's probably just had some guy get tired of her crap, and is thumbing thru her contacts list looking for a esteem boost.
Do all DJ's a favor and NEVER feed her ego by giving attention to a past GF that you tossed. Sure if you see her in public, be cordial, but never respond to her attempts to reconnect, etc.

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

This is great advice! Many people tend to forget the things that made them actually decide to end the LTR. They end up following their penis, or are seduced by the ex-girlfriend doing extraordinary nice (they are good at it, when they want you back).

Don't fall for it! Making a list is a great practical idea to prevent a lot of ****.

I was thinking about my list the other day.

I could think of 5-8 things to put on the list.

Then I went over it again in my head and it became 12, then 15.

egads!

Dear KC,
I have in recent years become a believer that only Dogs go back to their Vomit.....I have never kept a record of the annoying features about any significant other, this goes for Guys and Corporate entities too. However on reflection it might well of saved me a lot of sleepless nights....It might also go both ways though KC,perhaps every now and again we might ask our valued customers for a little feedback?

Scarmouche,
I know I've made mistakes, yet the women I'm talking about were not keepers. Sure, I log my own shortcomings and learn, what I'm talking about is making a dealbreaker list and keeping it for reference.

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.
