"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

For me im not even sure if it is overcomable. I mean ive been this way my entire life, even when i was very young like 2-3. I think i might have been born with social anxiety.
Notice how no one touched this guys post. It's probably the most common problem suffered on this board.

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

I was like you too before I kissed. Dude my first kiss, I almost sucked her lip off. She said stop. It was embarrassing oh well, I dated her for 10 months after that, it wasn't a big deal.

even if you have social anxiety disorder you can still force yourself to talk to girls. it may be hard to do, but how do you plan to ever overcome it if you dont even try?

it will be worth it one day when you have a woman in your arms.

back to the original topic, your first kiss might not be a good one. if it is not good, she might even blame herself for it. theres a lot of variables involved. but the first girl you kiss probably won't be the one you marry anyways. so who cares?
