Hey guys so theres this girl I work with who I find super hot.

Anyways we chat a bit at work, I wouldnt say shes interested in me but at the same time she seems to enjoy my company always smiles when im around or sees me coming and sometimes makes an effort to talk to me. Is it a bad idea to ask her to hangout without getting hints and stuff or should I wait until i can tell she is interested in me to ask her on a date

I asked her if she wanted to hangout after both our shifts were done. She said she was "busy". Im assuming this is a no.

Its weird though I feel better having tried even though I got rejected and I dont think it will be weird between us since I was chill about it.
