"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

OK so i'll admit it i've been reading in to deep on this site and not keeping it the basics. ok heres the problem i have, few days ago I saw one of my female friends not attracted to her but woudldn't mind dating her or anything but when i was about to go talk to her my heart started pounding i ignored it and told myself to enjoy it.

Me:hey what you doing?
her:just waiting messin around here on the computer till my next class
me: (this is where things go down hill) i go to take her headphones off cuz i thought their was music but it was hooked uped to the computer and as i did that my hands were shakin taking it off and they were cold and red
her: she calls me out on it
me:*omg **** **** in my head* i just got back from outside (had been inside for abit)

at this point she touches my hand feels it tells me that its cool how it turns white when she touches i'm just like "ya their always like that" and then she compliments me on my hair how its nice and long and i should keep it that way (shes never complimented me on anything before). I tell her i have to run cuz my class starts soon gave her a hug put my hand on her shoulder and told her to have "fun". the whole time I had steady eye contact, and i was talking slowly

after that this is how i felt
-slightly embarrased
-wanted to put my head in a hole and leave it in their for a long time
-bang my head against something lol

after awhile of thinking about it all day in my last class
-kinda felt like now that i know that feeling i experienced it won't be as bad next time and eventually won't happen again.
-its going to take a lot of failures before success with similar situations

Now the thing that gets me is, do you guys think she picked up that i'm nervous towards her and that I like her or something? ( this is something i dont want lingering in her head when i'm around her) and fukin i know girls always talk to each other and she is going to tell her female friends about this that i probably most likely know >_< i'm not just typing this becuz of this one chick, But similar situations happen with other females. doing approaches where i live feels wierd since i feel like these girls going to tell this girl and its going to get around to everyone else i know. I think i'm just ****ing paranoid for no reason.

how many of you have had any similar situations like this?

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.
