"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

I read mystery method now and it's a little complicating. I'm still not quite clear was is neg. I kind of know what it is, but I am too clear on it. Is it like ****y and funny? By the way, I heard some David D's criticizers said that c & f doesn't last a guy very long on being successful. I hope this isn't true because I've been practice ****y and funny for long time, and starting all over on learning will suck.
Well anyways, can any gave few examples of negs so I could see the whole idea of it?

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

just like yourself, i placed a lot of emphasis on ****y/funny. even david d. himself said in his advanced series that "there is no limit" to ****y/funny. from trial and error, i learned there is a limit. the advanced series is great, but i think it's flawed how david d. places enormous weight on the c/f idea. you can use c/f and neg's every now and then, but it should not be your main focus. instead, focus should be placed on body language, voice tone, rapport, and conversation. i realize i didn't answer your question, but this is based on my personal experiences. is there anyone out there who takes c/f to the all out extent and is consistently successful?

A summation of the Mystery Method Neg Theory:

A neg just breaks through the b*itch shield, and is a disqualifier used on a hot girl to help you slip under the radar. She should think you aren't really hitting on her. Examples

"Hands of the merchandise"
"You blink a lot"
"Is she always like this, where's her off button" - said to her friends.

The idea of a neg is to throw and go. Meaning don't wait for a response, continue talking.

Negs are most useful on girls who think they are too good for you: Usually the hottest girls.

I usually neg hit a girl when I feel the timing is right. I dunno about C+F as I use raringly those objects as I'm not naturally a funny person.

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.
