Need some Workout/Diet Advice (w/o a Gym)

To make it short, I don't have a car and the nearest gym is too far away from my house, so I'm pretty much relying on freeweightless workouts.

I know the basics, situps, pushups, crunches, etc. But my main question here is how do you get a full body workout without weights or machines as from a gym?

My legs are pretty well toned, but I wanna start working heavily on my upper-body and I wanna lose my gut (undefined abs) most of all.

I'm 5'7-8" and weigh around 160 lbs, and I'm lean but not muscluar. Toning is my goal here. I've already started today and I hope to start seeing dramatic results by the end of this month.

All diet/workout advice without needing gym equiptment is highly appreciated.

I suggest procuring many different sized boulders and throw and push them around your yard.

Well there's only so much you can do without access to squat racks olympic bars and plates..

I'm already glad I went there, there were people asking the same question as I am, except with actual answers provided. I don't need racks, bars and plates to get in a good workout.
