Sick of this state and it takes quite a bit of energy to keep my sanity. Sometimes I have points where I feel like I'm about to turn feral. Am I going to make it?!?!?!?

Move then.... Make some goals and make a plan and stick to it.

If you can't move or transfer, at least take one trip per year. Get laid on vacation or a cruise or something like that. You need some "strange" from a different area.
