Im am a junior in high school. This girl is like an 8 or 9, and her locker is right next to mine. My best friend is dating her best friend and they were all hanging out and the subject of me came up. She must have said that she wanted to talk to me but was to nervous or something becuase my friend ame up to me the next day and told me to go talk to her. Well my question is what should I do about it. I am a little affraid to start a conversation with her because I dont know what she likes. I do know however that she is a cheerleader, if that helps. So I am asking all of you to suggest some ways that I could talk to her.

Whatever way you feel comfortable with man. Everyone here can suggest some topic or another, some opening line or another, but if you come off as being uncomfortable or unnatural, she'll notice and it'll tell her that you're nervous and what not. I'm assuming that this girl is probably the first girl that you're trying to pick up. It is extremely tough to approach girls when you have no experience or if you don't talk to stangers easily. Don't worry if she tells you LJBF. It's all a learning experience. You get better at it as you go along. If you strike gold the first time, you're extremely lucky man.

Well...your never going to find if she likes you or not without talking to her. So make it easier for your self and go talk to her, every day that passes will make it worst so go now while you can. Also if she did say something like that to your friend then your already closer than an average guy, in other words you have some at your favor so id say just go and start with a casual hi and pick up with anything that pops ups in your mind. Remember your not trying to win her over your just trying to see if she’s your type so make it more of a trying to find out rather than a trying to make you like me.
