Need opinion's on my body fat percentage.

Hi,

Sometimes an outsider's perspective helps a lot in comparing how I think how I look versus how people view me. I have attached my picture, could you please help me with how much fat you think there is? Body fat calculator gave me approximately 20%. I just wanted to double check. Is my current body way below average? I've been fitting the gym quite frequently and just started supersets.

Any advice or tough love is welcome. Thanks!

Which bodyfat calc are you using? I would recommend the ymca method. I would estimate your bf a bit higher than 20%, maybe 23-24% but I could be wrong.

Supersets I would one recommend with assistance exercises /isolation exercises....with compound movements I would not do any super sets. Instead focus on doing them right and put all your energy into it (squats, dips, pull ups, rows, military press etc)

EDIT: I don't think your body is way below average in todays society. About average I would say.

if you drink barely any alcohol it will cease your gains its a bastard for that
