I guess i'll start.. we need more info... current, weight, height, age, gym information(ie, type of equipment there) ... but looking like this guy should take about 3 months, he's doesn't look anything special.. i actually he kinda looks bad, but if thats what you want, give us the info, and we'll do our best.

No supplements to start,eat healthy.

His pecs are separated and somewhat wide,which leads me to think he does alot of flat benching and inclines(not flys or declines). His abs and 'v' are a decent size and have a little bit of definition which could be do to decline sit ups and chair leg raises. From there the rest can be achieved with a mild arm,shoulder + leg workout.

*None of us can tell you what to do to get his physique,none of us are Channing and neither do we know what he does to stay in shape. We can only offer suggestions as to what we think could get you to where you want to be.
