I am a senior at my university. We are known for our terrible guy to girl ratio (8:1 or there about) I am also in NROTC and commission in May.

So three weeks ago, during freshman move in I meet this HB8 freshman. We hit it off immediately. Turns out she is in army rotc too. She is easily the coolest chick i have ever met, and I am not just saying that due to oneitis (which I will readily admit that I have).
She has some serious trust and intimacy issues due to a ****ty childhood/past relationships though.
Anyway, her and I have hung at for at least a couple hours each day, between classes or whatever. She lives on campus, I don't so i just go there to BS and kill time.
It had been really hard to Kino escalate over the first two weeks, then last weekend she spends the night at my place. we passed out on the couch watching a movie, so nothing happened but a lot of touching. That has been par for the last week. The last two nights she has been in lingerie on my bed spooning cuddling kissing...
BUT HERE IS THE WIERD PART...We will both be all over each other- me playing with her tits or kissing her neck, her wrapping her legs around me, etc. Whenever I try to kiss her on the lips, she says no stop. so i just continue kissing and groping, maybe work my way lower towards her hips, then same thing. Repeat this paragraph about 75 times each night, lol.
She obviously wants to do this too, claims she is not a virgin (I believe her), but says she likes me too much to hook up with me and it not turn into a relationship. Which is fine with me, she is an awesome girl. However, she also says she doesn't want a relationship in college, at least freshman year with a guy who will be out of here in a year. Yet she still comes over again and we repeat the last part.
Right now I am just gonna let her simmer today and tomorrow and resume tuesday night maybe. Any insight into the mad mind of this girl would be deeply appreciated.
