Hard work is not an issue as most work is subcontracted to other crews. Bit it is cutthroat and especially if you have to pay workers, you have to micromanage them especially as they are trying to squeeze more out of the pie where you can end up break even (or worst) if you are not careful. You also need to be certified to do reports. Dad has been getting away with this, but all it takes is one too many complaints or change of admin that follows the book and we are in trouble. Not too good memorizing types of trees or as mentally involved in the operation of the business. What is it about tree service that puts you off? Too much real work? Stop chasing easy money. Crypto is a ponzi scheme and you are late to the party.
Dad and I used to work together at this more on the 00s decade before he started using crews in the late 00s and forward.
