Doesn't matter what you do. She's not interested.

When you called, she had absolutely no time to talk on the phone for 5 seconds. So how did she did have time to answer it?

You can try calling at 11, and don't worry about failing a test or anything, because if she doesn't answer, there was nothing to lose.

Maybe its a test. Maybe she is fobbing you off. Maybe she wants to be alone so she wants to have phone sex with you. Who knows. The chances are she was just in the middle of something.
