"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

hello fellow DJ's im not exactly hopeless with women but i have one problem that i just cant work out so would appreciate any feedback: ive known this girl since i was at school (not to speak too) and now she works at this local bar, and i got talking too her and i couldnt believe my luck she wanted my number! i mean you can imagine i couldnt stop stop smiling i was loving it, and i think because i was so keane, infact too keane, i was always txting her, i think it was because i liked her that much i was infactuated beyond the point of annoying her, even though she liked me in the first place i was killing the attraction for her. And then week by week went and it got worse, she started not replying to my txts, and eveytime i saw her at the bar she'd take less interest in me (body language wise) and i admit i was shy to speak to her i hadnt even called her on the phone because i couldnt verbally ' break the ice ' due to fear of messing up, and then it wasnt until last week after reading tips off sosuave by all you mature DJ's i realised where i was going wrong so i laid off her abit and started being my self more and last night i was in the bar with my pal and i just went up and started speaking to her for a good couple of hours with applying DJ trickery and i think she might be attracted again but because i messed up before taking all that time trying to get in her pants shes got a boyfriend now! so i think ive blown it! so please how do i actually make her realise im the one for her not her new boyfriend, there must be a DJ miracle way that when she tries to sleep at night she cant because im the only thing she can think of! please DJ's help!

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

LOL - quit being so desperate. Use this as a learning experience, because you're not getting in her pants and you're not "the one for her."

Sorry, man. Just use this as a learning experience and next time don't text all the time. Call and set up a date. It's easy.

there isnt enough time to chase all the good chicks in the world, but this doesn't mean only go after one. i bet she has hot friends, pivot onto them!

more on, dont waste your time on her. yes it hurts because you wanted her, but wait a while, im sure you will find someone you want just as much, if not more.

there must be a DJ miracle way that when she tries to sleep at night she cant because im the only thing she can think of
there is no miracle drug all you can do is put forward your best self and hope she says yes. yes you can stack the deck by seducing her, but thats not something that comes overnight, you have to work on it.

move on. practice on other chicks. *maybe* come back and have another shot at her in a few years

Dude, read the DJ Bible. This is a very COMMON problem. The bible has your exact answer written by some of the best posters of sosuave history.

Read it and come back here if you have unresolved issues that are not covered.

Well at least you recognize your problem. This will be a good experience for the next woman. :)

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.
