My Youtube channel has 29,303 views yet I only have 42 subscribers...what am I doing wrong?

Okay guys I changed my Youtube channel's descriptions, I added that I care about Men's rights and issues to get my male audience's attention and support. So far I've just been posting videos about my trips to Asia and basic life advise people can use. I thought about changing my wardrobe for a bit and dressing up with my fedora hat or brown blazer every time I make a lecture, do you think this will garner some attention? The goal for my Youtube channel is to build a community of likeminded Men, educate people God Consciousness and spirituality and how it can improve their lives, help Men with their daily issues and also if get monetize to use the money not just for myself, but charities I believe in. How do you guys think I can more subscribers?

What's happening? He has interesting videos. Well researched subject matter, always delivers value.

If you have longer videos than having shorts, you can ask viewers to subscribe, hit the like button, add to the comment section and share on their social media platforms. That is what most people do.

Wow I just got 148 views on my last video. That's a big Improvement man, I plan on making more videos in the future, hopefully someone can record me or a special sort of camera or something. Maybe interviewing some cute Filipinas in the city or at the mall food court about relationships and random interesting topics.
