i feel bad after reading this and this is the most thoughtful post iv read on this site.
i hope cosmetic surgery will be possible for you man dont loose hope these plastic surgeons seem to do everything these days there is always hope.

i say live the best live you can but dont live everyday as your last because you forget there are others that still care about you like family and your expected to have kids later on.

jame dean lived everyday like it was his last and he ended up dead in a car crash same thing happened to a guy i knew.
accidents cant be avoided but its best you try the protect the small time we all have on this planet than live it like its your last.

It was disheartening to read your post. But I'm glad you got the most out of your life. Some guys grow up to be 60 and haven't yet truly lived a day in their life.
