Yes, I'm sure. There are always exceptions of course but by and large 8's and 9's don't "Netflix and chill" on first dates with dudes off of dating apps. Why? Because those types of women don't need apps to get laid. They have plenty of men in their orbit to already. For top tier women, getting laid is literally easier than taking candy form a baby.
