well for the past 4 yrs I notice that alot of times through out the year my throat will feel all dried up and s*it. its f*cking annoying to me. I will talk to someone and they will be like what? and I feel as if I cant talk loud enough what the hell? I dont smoke or drink just to let you guys know. sometimes i talk loud in a loud enviorment(sp) and I feel as if someone is squeezing my throat its a f*cking b*tch I hate it. Im not sure if I need to warm up my voice or something lol. so please what should I do? oh I have went to the doctor before like a year ago and they just gave me some nasal spray s*it it helped then later it didnt...im f*cked. advice please?
