"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

TL;dr -
  • If you feel like a loser, that's what you are. do whatever you want to stop it.
  • **** your ex, she's a loser just like you were

Hey guys,

Sharing my story - made all the mistakes you're taking about, should have found you guys earlier, would save me a lot of pain :}

I'm 25 years old and 3 months ago I broke up with my ex after 2 years of relationship.
It was my first relationship and I was a total newbie with the girls anyway, and even more in the relationship itself:
  • not standing up for my own interests
  • avoiding fights to get lousy sex (and it gotten worse with time)
  • giving up on personal, career goals
Mistake number 1(...2,3,4) - getting a girlfriend, not controlling my frame, giving up on myself and letting her control the relationship.

So we had a fight, I told myself I don't need this ****, and broke up with her.

At start, the breakup was easy I felt relieved and free again
2 Weeks later - she started talking with me and I replied to her because I could feel her pain and cared about her. (Mistake - keeping contact)

After 1 month of keeping contact, I got the feeling that I made a mistake with the breakup, and tried to get her back, then she denied me and now I deal with the feelings of getting dumped. (Mistake - trying to get her back - getting dumped)

After I got dumped , I just went out for a run and felt awesome, and ever since then every time I felt a little sad, instead of feeling sorry for my self I just went out for a run, ran as best as I could to get much dopamine as I can.

Right now it's 2 weeks after I got "dumped" and I don't have happy ending YET.

Why YET?
Because I still sit in my room, read books and study my mistakes and getting better, but haven't put anything to practice.

Next week I'm moving to a era in my life: new city, new job (that I love and gives tons of money) a fresh page towards living the life I WANT.

Anyway, have a good day guys!

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.
