So describe how you would like your personality to be.
Well try to visualize what you would look and act like having those traits, and then try to emulate it. You really need to look at the things that make you insecure that make you do the things that make people see you as annoying and mean.
Have that ideal image of yourself and how you would act if you were that person. Try to copy the traits of people you admire if you can.
We can't really help you since we don't really know much about you yet, and this sort of thing doesnt happen overnight. It took me a LOT of time to get over my shyness of women, and even now I still have a LONG way to go to become the person I want to be.

You're 15, so you're probably just starting high school. It's gonna be tough, but make the best of every day you can. I wish I could go back a few years to high school. I would have taken up a team sport and actually talked to girls I was attracted to. It's amazing how the only things I've ever regretted in my life are things I didn't do.

So list the things of what does a charming person does. How does a cool person act? What things make people look up to someone? What makes girls go crazy? What makes a person likable? Of these things, which do you feel most excited about incorporating into your life? Work on those things.Rint said:

See, this is what a typical AFC can only recognize, quantity. They can only see numbers (like posts). They are also easily led to believe that the more people who act a particular way (like naturals), it must be the best way to act. They are complete followers without the capacity of independent thought thus their copying of other's work.JJMcLure said:

Having charisma doesn't mean that people will respect you. Being charismatic just means that you can easily engage people but how they feel about you afterwards could be anything.Rint said:
Figure out why people ignore you. Who's ignoring you, when do they do it and what were you saying when they ignored you? How do you know that they are judging you, did they tell you? What did they say? Answering those questions will put you on the right track to identifying the real problem and finding a viable solution.
