“The 22 Rules That Turned Me From Invisible to Irresistible With Women… Starting Tonight”

You can skip the expensive cars, the fancy clothes, and the endless gym selfies. Completely unnecessary.

I used to freeze the second a beautiful woman looked my way. Frustrated. Awkward. Watching other guys walk away with the girl while I stood there tongue-tied.

Then I discovered 22 simple rules that rewired my entire dating life. The anxiety vanished. Conversations flowed effortlessly. Women started chasing me for a change.

These rules trigger a woman's subconscious attraction switches. And you can start using them tonight.

This thread will be in relation with my other thread (the bootcamp). I decided to actively work on myself, instead of passively, and the bootcamp will only be part of the equation. I created a small list of long-term goals that I want to achieve by next year, which are:

LONG-TERM GOALS
1. Finish the boot camp (it’ll take less than a year)
1.a. Every month, do one of the exercise, and force myself to do it well
2. Get rid of approach anxiety
2.a. Do the boot camp
2.b. Keep initiating conversations regularly (with everyone) throughout the year
3. Stop being lazy (huge issue for me, I'm very lazy in some aspects of my life)
3.a. Don’t do later what I can do now
4. Become a real man (using Pook’s definition in one of his articles)
4.a. Work on one aspect per month (in the short-term goal section)
5. Help more around the house (I still live with my mom but don't do anything to help)

Furthermore, every month I will post my goals for the month, starting for February (will post it soon), and as the month go, or at the end of the month, I will post a status report (the detailed bootcamp portion will be in the other thread).

As Mystery says, this is impossible. Approach anxiety is hardwired into your skull. However, you can "feel the fear and do it anyway."
True, I should change it to "learn to deal with approach anxiety". I basically want to be able to control it so it won't hold me back anymore.

You have too many goals and will get overwhelmed and quit. Focus on two major ones for now and go from there.

Bah all my short-term goals are baby-step goals, or things I already do and that I want to maintain. The only true hard goals are to finish the bootcamp and the stop being lazy part.

Alright, roughly two weeks so far, and I think I’ve been doing decent. Not great, but decent. I will go goal by goal to assess my current results. For goal #1 and #2, I have been doing pretty good. Although it has happened that some days I do no conversations, I started it before the actual month of February and I am quite consistent in it. Same for my journal, I keep it up-to-date.

For the goal #3, outdoor activities, I have done one of my two outdoor activities. I am not too worried about the second one, seeing as I have my spring break during February and have three days off.

Goal #4 has been perfectly respected, nothing hard there.

The goal #5 was to respect the promise I made to vacuum the house every week (part of my long-term goal to help more around the house to become more independent when I will move out) and so far it’s only been two weeks but I’m committing to it, and not slacking off. I'm even adding a bonus and washing the floor hahah.

Goal #6 was to read before I go to sleep. This one has been iffy, I’d say one day out of two I fail to respect this goal. This needs more work. After all, it’s an important goal and it helps calm my mind before I go to bed.

The seventh goal was to do the yoga twice a week, at least once Moksha, if not twice. I’ve subscribed to the gym and got 20 classes, so except for extraordinary events; I can expect that I will keep respecting this commitment. After all, I really love doing yoga, it’s an awesome exercise

Goal #8 is to stop being lazy and not push back to later what I can do. Although I do not actively think of this, I have become much more active altogether and I tend to do my school work as soon as I can. This goal is much harder to have concrete results, but I am constantly keeping it in mind.

The ninth goal goes hand in hand with the 8th, but it is a bit more specific. It is part of my “be a man” long-term goal. It has the “not being lazy part” but also the part where, if I want something, go for it without hesitation. I have been facing many of these moments where I knew what the right course of action was, but was hesitating because I was scared of the consequences or of change, but in the end I went with what had to be done. I basically did what I had to do.

Goal #10, the final, is the HON goal. This one isn’t going to well, but simply because right now I have so much free time. And the problem is, I still am not comfortable enough to go day-sarge, so if I don’t have to be out anywhere, after all my studies are done and I’ve read for a bit, sometimes I will cave in and play a game. However, I have reduced it by a lot. I no longer play 3-4 games a day, and with my day-to-day schedule that I decided to create, I feel my amount of HON gaming will greatly reduce.

The solution to goal #10 was so simple. I simply deleted the game. I never really had the courage to do so, thinking that I might end up being bored if I don't have it to play... Guess I'll read more when I'm stuck at home! :D
