"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

Ill be in a social scenario and people are talking and I just can't open my mouth and say anything and after a while ppl themselves call me on it and wonder why I'm so quiet..I hate it, how do I help deal with it?

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

I can remember being in 7th grade, and having the same exact problem. Don't sweat it bro, it'll wear off. You think that that mysterious strong silent type will attract chicks, but in reality, it has almost no effect on anyone. It just makes you look really strange.

And I know you probably can't help it and aren't much of a social person at heart, but you have to dig deep within and find that person that's outgoing. From being at the bottom of the totem pole as a 7th grader in junior high to being a senior in high school, I've changed tremendously as a person. Physically and mentally.

Take it from me, next time you're in the middle of that group of kids, YOU be the one that starts the convo. After you start improving your social skills, it does get a lot easier, and that's where your confidence builds up. Not only will this help your success with women, but you can also count on it to help you with your career.

Imagine going to a job interview. You walk in and shake the man's hand..only, you look down almost the whole time while he asks you questions you respond with a simple, "Yes, umm that's right." Who's going to get the job? It'll be the guy that walks in right after you, grips and shakes the man's hand firmly with that confident glare in his eyes, and speaks with a tone any man could admire.

I know it can be hard at first, but you have to break that barrier. And believe me, it's definitely worth it.

If you continue this behavior, soon people will stop calling you on it and will eventually just ignore you...not that it will be a hard task for them anyway.

Do the bootcamp, seriously, all those times you wanna speak your brain won't even think about it, it will be concerned with filling your quota of Hi's and the 3s rule will be in full effect.

I've been dissed when i entered convo and it is nothing. You just feel awkward and then when you leave the group youy smile to yourself and think "what a funny thing I'm going to tell my friends"

you should do the bootcamp...
or try to make yourself speak. i have a problem with just watching other people talk. so i decide instead of watch my life pass before my eyes i decide to push my self to talk.

"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

i don't know how much help you need with this, but i'll advise you while thinking about one of my mates who is the shyest person on the planet.

you have to learn to express your opinions/ideas.
this happens in two steps

1. having an opinion/idea/thought
2. expressing it

so the next time you're in a group and can't speak, listen to what people are saying, come up with a thought related to what they've been saying, and say it - while not expecting anything in return. it's your right to have that thought/opinion and your right to express it, no, your duty to.
- in social situations, it's always better to give positive views about things eg "cmon, everyone loves cheese"

i used to be like what you've just described SO fvcking badly. then everything changed. I found this site and i found my role models. my cousin, a very very opinionated, social and independent person (although not the brightest) told me one day out of the blue "say whatever you want and don't give a fvck what anyone thinks". I don't think i'll ever forget that piece of advice.

anyways man, at the end of the day this stuff doesn't matter that much. men were not made for talking, they were made for acting and doing things.
