"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

what can i do about my inconsistent behaviour

there are days when i would be all fired up, c&f through the roof, suave, and everything comes to me natrually,

but there are also days when i don't feel as confident, and in order to disguise my weakness i keep a cold face and no facial expressions, give off little or no reactions, and usually this scares off girls with high interest levels

but then again i suppose it is better to be a statue than a needy whimpering afc.

any suggestions?

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

As you work on your inner game, your moods will fluctuate a bit. You need to keep bettering yourself and revamping your personality. It will take time for the new you to "stick" but eventually, the days where your confidence is down will be few and far between.. but remember, you're human; We all have days like that at some point.
It's all about connecting with that deep seeded belief system and sense of self and once you tap into that part, permanently, you'll be forever a changed man. It takes time. Years, even.

Go read my thread about comfort Zones in the tips section; that one deals with this kind of growth and taking small steps to accomplish it is the only way to permamnently change yourself so that you don't bounce back to your old self.
