"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

No not a rant thread. Hmmm so this girl earlier i was friends with. i told her a crush on her she said no. i said fine and started dating other gals. but then she goes around telling everybody that she is my gf. i actually did like her but i was dating others anyway. even her friends assumed we were going out. they used to msg me saying she likes me and stuff. so i was happy.

today she tells me all this is a big "joke" and her friends were fooling around. her friends sent me so many msges saying she liked me and stuff. i was so happy and even stoped playing the game. i noticed she has been kinda distant and stuff for the last few days. so today she tells me she and her friends were just "joking". oh well not too devasted. oh well gotta get my game up and running again

i guess that's the last she will be seeing of me.

lessons learnt :-

1) don't become "more than friends" with chicks.

2) ummm can't think abt other lessons.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

1) she said ppl shd be friends b4 hooking up. so i thought when she was sending all those msgs she was acting on it. well BELEIVE IN ACTIONS NOT WORDS. AND CHICKS SAY DO ACT DIFFERENT THINGS(lifted from earlier threads, but i guess those lessons r more engrained into my head.

place to place.
i remember when i was back in grade 7 i was always the one without a girlfriend. puberty was not kind to me and i was homely as hell. then one day a girl came up to me and said sara has a crush on you. my heart nearly hit the floor. i was excited because she was really pretty. then a bunch of her friends said that if i asked her out she would say yes. so being naive and dumb i phoned her up and said do you want to go out sometime and all of a sudden i heard a big laugh come from a crowd of girls and she said ummm i don't think so loser. it sucked.

fast foward to grade 9. over the summer i went from a caterpiller to a butterfly because in grade 9 i had girls calling me up and asking me out and when i walked down the halls in school i always got the flirty hello's to. it was awesome. then then i heard that sara had a huge crush on me and wanted to go to the christmas formal with me. i sent my friends over and told them to tell her that if she called me up i would definetly go with her. she called me uop and asked me and i let out a big laugh and said i don't think so loser, i'm going with someone else. karma is real.

"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

Hold the phone

While agree with the other guys comments that you are better off with this chick I would suggest that maybe this girl is telling lies.

From what I read, I would say she does like you. She probably didn't know her friends were sending you messages about it and when she found out she was mortified.

She probably just said that **** to save face. You are dating other girls after all...

All I'm saying is just coz a chick says something doesn't mean its true.

I think a lot of expereinced guys would back me up when I say that one of the secrets to getting girls it to just ignore em when they try to put you off.

i agree,if a girl likes someone they seem to most of the time say "no i dont!" then when you say you like so and so.. they are like "i dont" next day you find out they do,i know what you mean

lol young AFC, here is the lesson to you.
IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN A GIRL, LET HER KNOW BY DJING HER, FLRTING WIT HER, DONT BECOME HER FRIEND FIRST.

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

Umm I am nowhere close to afc. I have worked hard to be what I am today. I work out, have decent grades in university and have a life in general. The thing is she was a good friend before I liked her. We used to talk abt all the sh!t in the world. I sure had a crush on her but after she said no I decided to keep her as my social proof as she is good looking. Sometimes I used to practise my DJ skills on her. An afc would have devoted all his time to her. Me otoh was spinning other plates and was actually living my life. The only stupid thing I did was to stop spinning them when I "thought" she was my "gf".

So yes that is a lesson. Never stop spinning.
