My First Two Websites...Need advice.

What up DJs, I always value the opinions of this board and would like you to critique, suggest, bash, praise...anything you got in terms of how these sites look and feel to navigate. I'm really new to the website thing and these are "rough" to me but good enough to host. They are "side projects" for now and not something I slave 10 hours a day modifying.

Plus I did this all using Mozilla on my 1152x864 something resolution. Let me know how it looks on IE (cant use it because it basically blows up my computer), mac, and smaller resolutions.

Some suggestions I've had off another forum:
-Code the page to center itself so different resolutions arent as skewed viewing the page.
-Drop adsense (not going to happen for now)
-Drop the flickr bar on DuctFuct (would love to eventually but need to increase my pictures)
-Fix links that dont work (I know which ones dont work)

Guys I had a comment on another forum saying the formating of the ads were all screwed up. Random-assed ads in weird places. To me it looks fine in Firefox, everything lines up. Can anyone verify in IE that this isnt all cracked out?

Which is exactly why I put this in the "anything else" category. Plus I didnt ask anyone for "code" tips. Just looking for other opinions and views about the sites. Ppl ask about cars but I can point you to a million different sites for that too. Or health/food/games....
