sounds good to me though, but man you are gonna be so hungry, I would personally try to have some more food around dinner time, and have less calorie foods during the day or somehing, because rice and a drumstick is hard to fill up on, I would say instead have 2 chicken breasts for dinner with the brown rice, and try to limit the other foods, cause it will be easier to make it through the dya if you can get full or near full at night.

a bit too much carbs IMO. how big are you?? asking because of the 2400calories. well letz see how it goes, good luck man!

The title of this makes you sound like an emo kid lol.

One question. Wheres the fish? Fish has some type of fat (can't remember the name) that actually aids in the 'fat loss' process. Its like Omega 3 fatty acids or something like that. Toss in some Salmon or something here and there.

yeah man but i change my diet 3 times a week, so i've added fish on 3 days or so =)
this was just a "demo" diet thing hehe
