This is freaking unbelievable.

On day1 of my cut up i was 244lbs then i weighed myself on day1 of week2 & i showed up 241lbs & just for fun i weighed myself again today which i shouldnt have done but, now it showed 236lbs thats 8lbs in 10 days :D

Wow, good job - that's a lot of weight loss! I would question whether it was all fat that you lost though - each pound of fat has 3500 calories in it. So in 8 days you created a caloric deficit of 28,000!?? You must be doin some serious cardio bro, because your diet isn't THAT restrictive!

The diet does look pretty decent by the way. Not to take away from your great results... but you have to look at the whole picture. You might consider getting your bodyfat % every few weeks just to keep an eye on your lean body mass. Also you need to weigh yourself first thing in the morning after you go to the bathroom, otherwise your weight can fluctuate by 3-4 lbs due to food/water/glycogen retension. Just FYI
