Do as stated!!!!!Last Man Standing said:Call his wife a hor and slap the dude like the biatch that he is!!!!!!!!!!!!
Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.
Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?
You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.
Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

Attraction runs on a clock.
She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.
The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."
One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.
Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.
GREAT MAP to have!wayword said:According to this map, there's a huge surplus of women in the NE.
So, there's at least quantity...although I don't know about quality?![]()
I hate to generalize, but the fact that she was a former stripper makes her behavior all too familiar. I am just not convinced you ever had a chance. Face it, if she really wanted a piece of you, she could easily call you and arrange a time and place, but that hasn't happened has it? Wanna know why? She isn't interested, but she is interested in making you want her, which she has obviously been successful in doing. By your own words "I was never really attracted to this girl"... sad to think you can be so easily manipulated, but perhaps you'll know better next time. Thanks for the amusing story.STR8UP said:Yea, it really happened....
...I have to tell ya, I was never really that attracted to this girl, but the whole situation had me revved up and ready to go. I haven't been that turned on in a LOOOONG time!
...Turns out this chick is actually an ex stripper, which might explain a few things...
I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.
The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.
Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.
Ehh...not to add any more REPLIES to this thread, but.......Crank_It_Up said:I hate to generalize, but the fact that she was a former stripper makes her behavior all too familiar. I don't know what you are talking about. That was never what this post was about.thickandcreamy said:You posted on this topic a month ago. After 2,500 posts, have you figured out how to lay this girl? Enough of the blah blah blah already.
Honestly, I think this has a huge influence on dating. Because from random people I've met on the net, single guys mostly do tend to be from WC or SW and single women from EC or Midwest.Latinoman said:GREAT MAP to have!
UlrickFor all you guys that want to get married and live happily everafter, I have some very bad news for 'ya. Your lovely wife will slowly transform into...ARE YOU READY?...BRACE YOURSELF... THIS!!!
You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.
For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.
Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.
The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

Interesting post but I think it's run it's course.squirrels said:Why does this thread have 6 pages of replies??!
You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.
Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.
Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.
Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.
