"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

My boy has been dating his girl for like 6 monthes now. He used ot be infatuated with ehr, but jsut recently he and I had the craziest weekend ever in Canada and he came to the conclusion that theres other better girls out there and he needs to taste em with the time he has left in highschool..
he wnats to dump her, btu he's too scared to hurt ehr that much, she like LOVES him.
SO ehs treated ehr like **** alil lately to try n get her to dump him...and she dropped a bomb on him today. apparently she jsut started cutting again.
I told him flat out "you need to end that. that chicks a mind-fvck and you dont need that sh*t"
but now hes freaked. She used to threaten to kill herself over him if he dumped her. But then she woudl play all these games like "Sometimes i think we'd be better as friends."...now he feels liek eh can't dump her, or she might kill herself.

The girls cool and all, but a complete b!tch of a girlfriend. any tips for my boy?

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

He should let her off easy. Don't worry, she won't do ****. And if she does, she deserved to die anyway.

This problem will only get worse, so cut it off NOW.

Wow, sounds like a very intersting relationship they're building up. End it, the sooner the better.
