Hey guys whats up!
Alright so its time for me to sort this out, tonights the night I start my journey. As some of you may know I did Al Moh's bootcamp when it started up to week 3, looking back at it I was going really good! But then I failed week 3 but even a few days after that I was going good with girls. But then I just gave up COMPLETELY, bad move.
Thats what i'm like though, I even put 100% into something or nothing at all. So since then what have I been doing? NOTHING that has helped my life progress in any way, I stopped exercising and started eating heaps and playing computer games all day, I also quit my job ( this had nothing to do with girls or bootcamps, totally unrelated ).
So i've put on heaps of weight, I hardly leave the house and talk to girls rarely. I feel lazy and unmotivated, but IM GOING TO CHANGE, RIGHT NOW, TONIGHT!
Right after this post I'm going to start working out again
going to start jogging tomorrow morning, and start my bootcamp.
Ok i'm going to be following the bootcamp from this site, I really like it, this will be my third time doing it. I was going to just start from week 3 but I decided I want long term success not just an easy answer.
This thread is basically going to be a record of my progress, something I can use to monitor it. I will try to post in it every day, field reports, bootcamp reports etc.
GOALS
-Finish the bootcamp
-Get into the best shape I can by working out, jogging, and eating right
-Be able to approach any girl in any situation and get a number
I ask from you guys that you post some motivation, tips, advice, help etc.
