hey man congrats on finishing week 1. Don't beat urself up over taking a while 2 do week 2 as long as u r out trying 2 get better u will have a breakthrough. i noticed u were using affirmations as well but u can't just say it, u have 2 believe it. If u wake up everyday BELIEVING that u will achieve a couple conversations & try 2, it will happen man... so dont beat urself up everyday. We've all been there
