I think the 2nd dude is in decent shape. decent shape to me is I look at dude and I think, can he play a full game of full court basketball and not throw up afterwards or, can he bench press 180 pounds. i think the 2nd dude can. i think the first dude would be lost in a gym.
thread was more of a joke, my girl works out more than I do, but she's a cardio freak, not so much weight resistance. i have been working on her with that, she does weights but not like they should be done. she still thinks weights are too masculine. But she will cardio your ass into the ground lol. She still rides horses and does the exercise jock thing from time to time, has to be in tip top shape. me on the other hand i've always been of the school a damn hard core work[out is just as good if not better cardio. I used to do an hour on the bike everydfay but now i would rather spend 20 mintues on the bike and jus push myself when lifting to get done faster and not lollygag around.
I don't think it has to do with genetics. what I look at, 2 things how a woman treats the gym and how they treat food. truth be told, even if she is skinny, I don't have **** in common with a woman who eats like **** 24 x 7. I just don't. we can't eat the same thing, i tjust isnt' a good mesh. i am not super clean man but I generally don't eat like a fat ****.
All genes do is mask or enhance habits. If a woman is on point with her diet and what not, doesn't matter about the genetics. genetics however can mask ****ty eating habits. my old oneitis, eats, ****, 24 x 7, but has some of the best genetics I've ever seen. hell her mom is pushing 60 and truth be told lol, i'd knock her off lol. my old best friend is like that too, his whole diet is little ceasers pizzas, he can't possibly be close to 10% body fat. shredded.
my grandmother, mom's mom is about 180. my aunt is about 180.my grandmom's siter was about 200 pounds before she passed.
you would think my mom has bad genetics shed is going to be fat? 5'8 125 at the most. but she works out 6 days a week to get that.
you want to make sure your woman doesn't ballon and it be foul proof, just watch their daily diet and workout habits. I like a woman who gets up and jogs 5 miles a dayt, that woman is never going to be fat.
