"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

Guys, I've just noticed a rapid change in my looks, and how my body takes on physical activity.

My looking older, like within the last month I've noticed a change. I'm looking Clint Eastwood old. I fvcking hate that not being married yet, but what can I do?

My body also. My knee kinda cracked/snapped while playing volleyball last week, and I've been favoring it ever since. It's better now, but I've always been not accident prone. I NEVER get hurt really, and I'm a very physical guy.

So, cherish your youth, because at 33, I think it starts going downhill. You can't stop it. It's gonna happen.

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

33? OMG! You're ancient! Have you planned your funeral yet?

Seriously Dude! GET A GRIP!

You are not old, you're in your PRIME! There are guys twice your age out there workin' it! Age is only a number! Stop whining and using a number as an excuse not to try.

And Clint Eastwood looks pretty damn good for nearly 80. Guys half his age don't look that fit. Don't dis Clint...he'll kick you butt.

I just turned 33. I find more and more grey hair popping up by the day it seems. And before I do anything physically demanding, I have to stretch my limbs and warm up a bit. Something I didn't have to do when I was 23.

"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

Ha ha, well, I guess that the picture taken of me was in bad lighting, because someone took another in the car the other day, and I looked 29ish again. I put the pic through http://www.myheritage.com/FP/Company/tryFaceRecognition.php and sure enough, I guessed it, it showed 74% on Clint Eastwood the first result.

I guess I'm ok now, just a mid-week crisis is all. Also, you talk about the grey hair. I have hardly any gray, but I have Just noticed fvckin hair growing out of my left fvckin ear. That's sick! I'll be trimming that for the rest of my life I guess.

This post makes me feel old and i'm only 25.

As said above, your problems are probably more mental than physical.

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

I'm going on 38, and I won't say that I look and feel better than I ever have in my life, but I definitely do not feel like I'm rapidly approaching 40. Hell, if you would have asked me 20 years ago I would have thought I would have one foot in the grave by now. Hopefully I can keep it up......

yes, because having an old wrinkly skin and nothing but fat underneath looks incredibly sexy.
Actually a little fat when you're older will stretch the skin and remove wrinkles.

I said a LITTLE fat...

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

I think you should adjust you lifestyle. Eat healthier, work out more, and get more sleep. Quit smoking if you do. Life is a gift you owe it to yourself to take good care of yourself.

Hmmm, I usually get female results from those types of things.

There was this guy I met a few months ago who fought in Vietnam, and was buying a phone for his 30 year old daughter.

I asked the guy his age and he was almost 70 years old, at first glance he looked like in his 40's. For me I was quite amazed how young he looked, and I asked him how he did it.

He told, he didn't worry about all the stuff that happens to him, even during the war. All Mental stuff, just basically an easy going guy, if something happens let it go.

Basically... Be Happy :)

“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.
