Sup All,

Was wondering what the difference is, if there is any (between Muscle Milk, and Whey Protein?

Got back in the gym about month and a half ago... and been on protein alone. Just ran out of it, and was wondering if I should give Muscle Milk a go.

Any1 that uses it, or knows whats up with it... please give us a breakdown of what its all about. Also what the difference is compared to reg. Protein Powder (whey).

Hmm!?

Seems to be a joke from that perspective. Def. go whey!
But... isn't MM supposed to be more than just a super loaded protein?

Thought it was supposed to act as more. Supporting the creation of creatine, acting as mothers milk for muscle/bone growth, etc etc etc.

Is it really just a loaded protein, nothing more special to it?
