“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

I'm not sure of these...

How do you do those sets that goes kind of like this:

10 reps with high weight.
10 reps with a little lighter weight.
10 reps with a little lighter weight.
20 reps with even less weight.
20 reps with minimum weight.

..Something like that.

What's up with those? What's the semi-science behind it? Examples of this?

Thanks!

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

I'm not too sure but any wieght you can do more than 12 with is just a waste. I wouldn't recommend going above 10 at the most. I think you'd get more out of your workout if you split these 6 sets in 2 exercises with 3 sets each ranging from 8-10 reps.

Sounds like burnout kind of exercise to me.

Fun, but hard to do. Helps endurance.

It's called staggering sets.

From what I understand it is to burn out the muslce completly, it's used as the last set of the muscle group you are training. It gives a hell of a pump after doing it. My forearms look like they are going to explode after biceps curling this way. :]

You do not raise the number off reps, you keep it constant, like

4-8 reps hardest
when failure have people lighten the weight quickly
do 4-8 reps again
when failure have people lighten the weight quickly
repeat until satisfied.

Just to point something out...

the example I posted, is all one set. I mean, you do the first ten, and someone else (or you, if it doesnt take time) take the weight of. And so on. At the final 20 (in this example) is the end of just that set...

It's called a burnout or a dropset.

Gets rid of all the stored energy in the muscle. Helps with endurance, and strength a little. Endurance mostly.
