Started out a few years ago when I moved into a downtown apartment by myself (no roommate) for the first time. Walking distance to all the restaurants and clubs, lots of chicks living in the building, pretty nice.
Then I moved a couple of blocks away into a THE bachelor pad. A three story townhouse with a fourth floor rooftop deck and jacuzzi. Impressive to look at, but more space than I need and a pain in the ass to live in and maintain. Sooooo.....
I contracted to purchase a 17th floor high rise condo a couple of years back with the intention of flipping it when it was completed. The building is directly in the center of the entertainment district and is going to have a 12 screen cinema, several restaurants, bars, etc. RIGHT IN THE BUILDING! Not to mention the fact that there are dozens of other restaurants and clubs within a two minute walk. This place is truly the EPICENTER of everything thats happening here and the building is finished, so I have decided to move into the high rise.
Could prove to be dangerous to be so close to all of the action, but I'm prepared to make the sacrifice :rockon:
