The Count of Monte Cristo is a GREAT movie!!!! Not to mention the main point of the story as it is etched on the prison wall at the end, but for just more basic reasons too.

I can't recall a movie that actually showed the transformation of a perpetual "nice guy" into a vengeful "bad guy(?), then ULTIMATELY into the benevolent, masculine man who can TAKE CARE OF HIS BIZNIS' with the kind of cinematic flair that this one had. lol

Jim Caviezel is the MAN.
