“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

MOtivate yourself-

Write down all the things good and bad about yourself.

and be honest about it..

set and make goals....

dont set dates..just set goals..and start working towards them...

weed yourself off your bad habits one at a time..take it slow..

change may take 6-12 months.

but start now..right now...at this moment set it in your mind..that your going to accept nothing but the best for yourself..

you do this.and the things around you..(women, friends, social life, school, family...will all become much easier to deal with)

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

I agree.

Its really hard to explain how self-motivation works but I know I use to THINK differently before I was introduced to this stuff. Its like after years of reading stuff on the side as a little hobby almost I became more serious about wanting to become something I wasn't at the time and over time my mind shifted there.

Yep, I agree totally and I believe this is a large part of the DJ mindset. If you want to be above average, you have to act now and start laying the foundations.

I wrote some of my own experiences with motivation in reply to another thread. To save repeating myself, I'll cut and paste....

Originally posted by Jariel I know the feeling and sometimes I go through a low motivation period where I let a lot of things slide. It does affect confidence in a big way, because if you're not meeting your own standards and fulfilling your duties, you are failing yourself. This is obviously very damaging to your self esteem.

Some confidence training will advise lowering your standards and learning to accept yourself in spite of falling short of your goals. Personally, I see this as false pride.

Alternatively, you can force yourself to make a start on these goals, even if you just make a slight effort you should find it soon becomes a habit. As long as you're doing something towards these goals, your motivation should grow and so should your confidence.

A lot of people have a big problem achieving their goals because they stay focused on the final result. High standards and long term goals can seem so far out of reach sometimes it doesn't seem worth trying.

But if you break them down into "sub-targets", it won't seem like such a large chore and you will see your progress more easily (good for motivation).

For example, aim to run half a mile for a few weeks, then go for 1 mile, then 2. Read 1 chapter of a book per day, then go for 2, then try reading a book per week. As for diet, start out by reducing sugar and fat, then try reducing alcohol, and so on.

Forming any habit is like learning to walk. You have to persist with the baby steps until you're comfortable going further. Eventually, it becomes a habit you barely even think about.

i actually did this..bought a little memo pad and wrote down 11 goals. these are goals that I can accomplish within 1 year. with a little hard work time and dedication I should be able to make them all. Some of them are more important than others but they will all do their part in making me a better person.

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.
