What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

I take back that statement.

I was wrong. Sosuave's fitess section contains the best training advice I have ever seen. Even better than all those forums geared specifically towards nutrition and training. Every single poster is ripped to the bone and in a position to give advice to others. Much like the Don Juan section of the site.

I'm sure that makes you feel better.

How did you know I owned a DDR? I actually do the workout mode for 30 minutes as cardio some days.

As for my diet my main focus is eating more. I don't try to eat "clean" but I don't pig out on "bad" food either.

I just hit 150 and my BF may have dropped 1%.

I'm 5'6 which I've added to my sig.

Since I'm not tall or large framed my weight cap is much lower than larger guys. I wonder if I'd be able to hit 170 without raising my BF %.
