You know what increases Testosterone based on actual real world studies?

1) Strength Training
2) Sleeping 8 hours a night
3) Not eating processed foods/sugars

Anyone talking about how to increase T levels that isn't doing those 3 things is doing the equivalent of looking in the couch cushions for a few quarters instead of going to their wallet that has 20 dollar bills in it.

Forget no fap. That makes little to no difference. Do the 3 things I listed and your T levels will be good unless you have some type of hormonal issue where your body doesn't produce it naturally.

For every hour under 8 that you sleep on a given night, your T level drops by 12.5%

Eating sugary foods can cause a 25% drop in T levels within an hour.

Most people are killing their T levels on a daily basis but then look for some silliness to fix it when they ignore the actual problem causing it.

Doing those 3 things + No Fap/No Porn is ideal.

No fap is just nonsense in regards to this. It will help for 7 days and then the body will just lower it because it thinks you aren't using it. The body is smart. It doesn't waste time on things that aren't being used. It attempts to get you to "use" the short term T boost you get but if you don't then it lowers it back down and likely lower than it was before.

If you are practicing no fap and no porn, it is best to be getting laid while that is going on to keep up T levels.

Lifting, healthy eating, no fap, no porn is a way to boost T in the short term. With the short term boost in aggressiveness, approach like a maniac and use that high volume of approaches to get laid and keep getting laid.

Easier said than done.

I've always been amused by the no fap "religion" and increasing T levels.

First, it's been proven that looking at pictures of naked women can immediately increase T levels by significant amounts. The effect is surely larger than that of no fap. Ideally, you'd be spending your time with naked women in real life, but if that's not possible at the moment, then at least look at pictures of them whenever you feel like it.

Second, you need to release the fluids that build up in your system. No fap is surely not healthy in that regard.

Third, if you have high T levels, you will be horny all the time. No fap would become unbearable. I believe MPMD actually did a video on this (about trying no fap while on steroids).
