"The Kiss of Death Mistake"

You replay the conversation at 2 a.m. She texted back fast yesterday. Today, nothing. Was that smile friendly or flirty? What did the shoulder touch mean?

Every hour you spend decoding her signals drains your confidence and hands her the controls. Women can sense that insecurity from across the room — and it repels them.

One of the "22 Rules" kills the obsession on the spot: assume she likes you, and act accordingly. Sounds too simple. Works anyway.

Her interest tends to rise to meet your expectations. Psychologists call it a self-fulfilling prophecy.

Yes it's The Onion, but I wouldn't be surprised if they're actually correct about this one:

“In the past, a marriage proposal was usually the result of a few months of indirect pressure, but increasingly we’re finding that what convinces a person to tie the knot is a nonnegotiable threat to end a years-long relationship,” said NCHS director Charles Rothwell, stating that more individuals are waiting until their partner breaks down in tears and says something along the lines of “I just can’t do this anymore” before asking for their hand in marriage.

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

“Today, the decision to spend your life with someone is frequently made under duress, triggered by the recognition that you will lose this person forever if you don’t say yes to the all-or-nothing choice you have been presented with.” Rothwell added that more often than not, the ultimatums are issued by someone who has just found out yet another close friend from college is getting married.
Why can't they just come out and say that women pressure men to marry them lol?

I say let her leave, if a woman is in "love with you" she wants to BE with you. She will want to be with you in a cardboard box, she will want to be with you in a mansion, she will want to be with you at the hospital bed, she will want to be with you WHERE-EVER.

This concept that she "loves you so much" she has to break up with you because you won't marry her, is hogwash and a scam. It's a manipulation tactic on her part to get you to bend over and sign your life away WHILE she still have some sort of market value.

If you refuse to sign your life away, while her market value is still in place, she is going to opt out of the relationship with you and go find another svcker to sign on the dotted line before that market value slips away.

It's all manipulation people.
