Happy Holidays!

I have encountered a few men who enjoy discussing how much money they have in the bank, how much they make, etc. The first time I met this one guy, he casually mentioned within the first 20 minutes that he owned a horse. :nervous:

What are some thoughts on guys who do this?

I have met such men, too. They scream lack of confidence. Actually, the right way to expose them would be a friendly pat on the back, followed by "all right, flop him out and let's see if MY horse is bigger than yours."

I could tell you how much I made last year and how much I have in various accounts. But my parents raised me that it was inappropriate to tell other people how much you make and have. So I've never told anyone what I make or how much I have saved and invested.

Other people though, may not think that way. I know this one guy, and within the first day I talked to him, he told me how much he made and how much he had in his retirement accounts. Was he bragging? Probably, but he had to know I made more than he did, so I don't know. He's just a very extroverted person.

To me, it's inappropriate. But I've known a lot of people who tell you what they make or how much they manage to sock away. A lot of the time it sounds like bragging, so to me that makes it even more inappropriate. But there are a lot of people like that out there, so I'd be interested in hearing their point of view.

If you don't give a fvck then this won't matter and there will be no comparing between your life and others but some people need that feeling of inferiority to do something in there lives.

everything in this life is based on your perspective and everyone has a different perspective but most people have mass media and social common **** perspective.

until you know who you truly are whatever move those around you will move you too.
