“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

I've decided to get serious about working out, and I've got some money saved up so I'm going to buy some equipment. I was thinking of getting a weight bench w/ a squat rack, dumbbells, and maybe a flat bench. Is there anything else I should get? Space is an issue, I don't have too much room to place everything....thanks

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

All you need is a power rack, a flat bench which you position inside the powerrack and a pull up - dip station. And of course a good olympic barbell, plates to go along with it and a pair of adjustable dumbbels.

Ironager sounds right. That's about all you need for all the basic, but very good exercises.

If deadlifts suit you, you don't need a power cage. Just do Deadlifts, OHP, bent over rows etc. All possible to failure without saftey gear.

You probably need a bench, but some people gain huge amounts all over without benching.

Dips, and if people where to squat and deadlift heavy combined with overhead presses, the chest will grow to a some extent without bench presses. Certainly more than guys who bench but don't do serious back, hip and leg compound exercises.

You'd need some padding on the floor for that though, cause sometimes you just want to drop those 200-300 pounds.
