Regardless of what any of you say, milk is very good for you. Not only does it include a decent amount of animal protein (animal protein is the best), but also lots of calcium. Calcium is vital for looking good. It regulates what calories you burn (so basically it tells your body what calories to burn, like burning fat instead of muscle).
