"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

I’ve never been in the army or anything but my exercise routine needs that kind of discipline

like if a drill sargent was telling me to stop being a pvssy and do 100 pushups

i need some crazy motivation like that to really bust my routine

a stronger mind frame than what ive got now

kick you in the nuts type drill Sargent

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

If you're located anywhere NEAR me, you might regret having said those words. It used to be my job to provide that kind of discipline.

"A jelly donut, sir!"

"And are you supposed to be eating jelly donuts Private Pyle??"

"Sir, no sir!"

"And why is that, Private Pyle?"

"Sir, because I'm too heavy, sir!"

"No, because you are a disgusting fat body, Private Pyle!"

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

So I wake up at 5:00am and I’m in the gym from 6:00-7:00 but I’m taking it easy like on the tred mill and just a few weights here and there

breakfast is around 9am and I try to fit in an outdoor exercise after eating. Like 45 minutes of easy jogging and light body weight exercises.

so that much is consistent

another thing I’ve been consistent with is getting hammered on cognac, tequila and whiskey, oh maybe 1 night every 7 days or so. And that totally reduces all my gains because I will be hungover a day afterwards recuperating from all that nonsense

The military would probably send me to alcohol rehab at this stage

No, if you joined, you'd probably wind up drinking way more than you thought you ever could and THEN run faster than you've ever ran in your life while hung over.

Hi Plumber,
Sure,The Army offers incredible opportunities to train for a useful degree, but in my experience as an ordinary conscript,it seemed a breeding ground for Institutionalised brutality and humiliation.

i think your one gen before me. i am 60+... for me in the US it is and was a great way to get a grip on reality and also get forced into a direction. the e vs o thing is the same as in other business. usually mgmt. does better than skilled labor. but no always, some e8/e9 have great lifestyle... I agree, i think the gen before me that had draft... it was a different story...

"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

Hi Plumber,
Yeah,I think it could be a generational thing....First day in the Army my platoon were being allocated tasks..."Anyone speak French here?"No reply
"Surely someone speak a little bit of French"....."Well I did two years of French at High School",I responded,"Oh you'll do nicely Son,you're on Latrine duty".
